Accessibility – is there a lift for persons with reduced mobility?
Yes. Our office is fully accessible, and a lift is available for clients with reduced mobility.
Do I have a case?
We can only give a reliable answer after reviewing the facts, documents, and legal context. We recommend booking an initial consultation so we can assess your situation.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring any relevant documents, contracts, correspondence, or court papers. A clear timeline of events will also help us assess your case more effectively.
Which lawyer will handle my case?
Your case will be assigned to the lawyer best suited to your matter, based on their expertise. You will always know who your main point of contact is.
Do all cases go to court?
Not necessarily. We explore negotiation, mediation, or settlement options first. Court proceedings are only initiated if they are in your best interest or if no other solution is possible.
How will I be informed about the progress of my case?
We keep you updated through regular emails, phone calls, or meetings — depending on your preference. No communication will be sent on your behalf without prior discussion and your explicit approval.
How long will my case take?
The duration of a case depends on its complexity, the cooperation of the parties involved, and the court’s schedule. We will give you an estimated timeline after reviewing your file and keep you informed of any changes.
How are your fees determined?
Our fees depend on the complexity of your case, the time invested, and the expertise required. All fee arrangements are set out in our engagement agreement and general terms and conditions. We are transparent about costs from the outset and will provide these documents before starting work.
