A:M Lawyers is a civil company in the form of a private limited liability company (BV) under Belgian law, enterprise number 0812.364.211. We practice law in cooperation with other law firms in Belgium and internationally.
Professional liability insurance
The professional liability of our lawyers is insured via the Order of Flemish Bars with Ethias (policy number 0165). The insurance covers the consequences of errors committed in the exercise of the profession, worldwide, with the exception of the USA and Canada. The insured amount is EUR 1,250,000 per claim.
Our services
A:M Lawyers provides legal assistance, advice, and representation in disputes before courts and arbitration bodies. Our fees are always discussed and agreed in advance with the client. Guidelines on fees and expenses can be found in our General Terms and Conditions.
Applicable law
Our services are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Antwerp.
